Re-shaping hospitality TV services for the “Connected Consumer” with OTT multiscreen service – a new white paper from Amino and PerceptionTV

(London/Cambridge, UK: 6 March 2015) Hotels and resorts must reshape their hospitality TV services to the changing needs of an increasingly increasingly “connected consumer”, according to a new white paper from Amino and PerceptionTV published today.

Entitled: “Multiscreen campus-wide: Future opportunities for digital entertainment services in the hospitality sector”, the white paper highlights how hospitality TV service provision is facing major challenges as hotel guests seek a more personalised “anytime, anywhere” content experience.

In particular, the needs of “digitally-savvy” guests who own multiple connected devices - and expect “always on” entertainment – must be addressed as part of the overall resort customer experience, the white paper says.
